About This Site
chipotle-nutrition-calculator.us is an independent reference for Chipotle nutrition. One job: let you see the calories, protein, carbs, fat, sodium, fiber and sugar of any Chipotle order before you buy it, using Chipotle's own published numbers and nothing invented.

Why This Site Exists
Chipotle publishes good nutrition data, but it sits in three places that do not agree with each other. The official calculator shows four numbers per ingredient. The printed nutrition chart shows ten. The allergen page carries the diet and allergen tags and nothing else. Add a menu that changes several times a year and most people give up and guess.
Third party sites make it worse. They copy one of those sources once, never update, and still list proteins that left the menu years ago next to items Chipotle has since added. Anyone searching for a burrito bowl calorie count ends up comparing three different answers.
This site exists to be the one place where every ingredient carries every published nutrient, where new items appear when Chipotle adds them, and where a bowl with two proteins is counted the way it is actually served. Everything else on the site follows from that.
What We Do
Meal calculators
9 builders covering burritos, bowls, salads, tacos, quesadillas, both kids meals, chips and sides, and drinks. Each one totals 10 nutrients, shows percent daily values, checks your build against four diets, flags allergens and estimates the price.
Reference tables
A full nutrition facts chart for all 122 items, an allergen and diet menu built from Chipotle's own tags, and Chipotle's high protein menu with each build added up.
A printable chart
A nutrition facts PDF regenerated from the same data every time the site rebuilds, so the paper copy never drifts from the web pages.
How We Get Our Data
Every nutrition value on this site comes from Chipotle's published US nutrition information. Calories, total fat, saturated fat, trans fat, sodium, carbohydrates, fiber, sugar, protein, diet tags and allergen tags come from the ingredient data behind Chipotle's own online nutrition calculator, captured in September 2026. Cholesterol comes from Chipotle's printed US nutrition chart, October 2024 edition, because the online data does not carry it.
That split matters for a handful of items. Pollo Asado, Chili Lime Chips and Cilantro Lime Sauce arrived after the printed chart, so their cholesterol shows as not available rather than a guess. Their other nine nutrients are complete. We would rather print n/a than a number we cannot source.
Serving sizes are the ones Chipotle portions with: 4 oz of protein, 4 oz of rice, 4 oz of beans, 1 oz of cheese, 2 oz of sour cream, 4 oz of guacamole. Kids portions are listed separately at their own sizes. Prices come from one sample US restaurant and are labelled as estimates everywhere they appear, because Chipotle prices move by city.
How We Check It
Chipotle publishes totals for some finished items as well as for ingredients, which gives us a way to test our arithmetic. Before every release the build script adds up 19 of those combinations from our ingredient file and compares each one against the figure Chipotle prints. Chips and guacamole has to come out at 770 calories. The Double High Protein Bowl has to come out at 760. If any check drifts by more than 12 calories the build stops and the data gets fixed before anything ships.
The site is generated in advance rather than assembled in your browser, so every table, total, FAQ figure and piece of structured data is computed from one ingredient file at build time. There is no second copy of the numbers to fall out of step. The "Updated" date on a page is the date of that page's last generated version, and the site rebuilds on a weekly schedule.
We do not claim daily verification, because we do not do it. When Chipotle changes an item, the data file is updated by hand, the checks run again, and the next build carries the change.
How the Calculator Counts
A few Chipotle ordering habits need explaining, because most calculators get them wrong. Choosing two proteins gives you a half portion of each, so the calculator counts half of each rather than two full scoops. Tapping Extra adds a second full portion and its price, which is how the counter charges it. Light rice is half a scoop, around 105 calories. Items that rotate on and off the menu, such as Carne Asada and Chicken al Pastor, carry a limited time badge so you can still calculate them when they return without mistaking them for today's menu.
What We Are Not
Independent site. Not affiliated with Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. We are not endorsed by, connected to, or sponsored by Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. Chipotle and related names, logos and product names are trademarks of their owners and are used here only to identify the food being described. For orders, rewards, complaints or the official nutrition and allergen statements, use chipotle.com.
This site is also not medical advice. Nutrition needs differ from person to person, Chipotle's portions vary from order to order, and recipes change with suppliers and seasons. Use the numbers to compare choices, and speak to a registered dietitian or your doctor for anything health related. If you have a serious allergy, confirm with the restaurant before ordering; a shared kitchen carries a cross contact risk that no chart can capture.
Who Runs This
A small independent editorial team that builds restaurant nutrition references. We are not dietitians and do not present ourselves as any. What we do is collect published data carefully, test that our combinations add up to what the restaurant itself publishes, and present the result without spin. On this site, chips and guacamole equals chips plus guacamole and lands on Chipotle's own 770 calorie figure, because that is the test we run before every release.
The site carries advertising, which pays for the work. Advertising never decides what a number says. If a menu item looks bad in the data, the data still says so; you will find sodium warnings and calorie totals here that no restaurant would put on a poster.
Corrections
If a number here does not match what Chipotle publishes today, we want to know. Send the page address, the item name, what you saw here and what Chipotle shows through the contact page, and we will check it against the source and fix the data file. Corrections are the most useful message we receive and they get answered first.
Two more pages set out the rules of the road: the privacy policy covers what the site collects and how advertising cookies work, and the terms and conditions cover the accuracy disclaimer and fair use of the content.
